The Höller Cold/Hot plate, also known as the CCP Comfort Combi Plate is a revolutionary design, this plate can be controlled at any temperature between -5°C and +140°C. It is ideal for all foodservice requirements, from hot buffet food to refrigerated serving using just one plate. This space saving and flexible device reduces the need from extra equipment and greatly reduces service changeover times. The CCP plate has the capability to go from hot to cold in 30 minutes or from cold to hot in 25 minutes. The CCP is available as a self-contained table top unit, or a drop in unit that fits neatly into a cut out in your work surface or roll out equipment. The CCP can be supplied in GN1/1 (330mm x 530mm), GN2/1 (660mm x 530mm) and GN3/1(990mm x 530mm) sizes.
