Ice Plate

The Höller Buffet Solutions ice plate can go from ambient temperatures to -28°C in 15 minutes, this plate is perfect for serving ice cream and other frozen products when the product has to be away from the freezer for sustained periods. The ice plate is currently only available as a drop in unit, and in GN1/1 and GN2/1 size.
