Probably the most common form of heating element used world-wide, Pneu-Therm themselves can manufacture and form both 5/16″ and 3/8″ tubular heaters and lengths up to 5m. We are also able to offer .260″, 0.430″, 0.475″ and 0.625″ diameters.

The most common sheath materials we offer are Incoloy 800, 825 and 840 we also manufacture tubular heaters in 304, 316 and 321 stainless steel, Inconel 600, Monel, copper, titanium and low carbon steel, these can all be manufactured with a multitude of differing terminations and mountings.

We also purchase larger diameter tubular heaters in differing sheath materials in both straight length for customer own formation and formed shapes; these are then finished to our customer’s specific mounting and termination requirement.

Pneu-Therm also manufacture stainless steel finned tubular heaters which are generally used in a forced air applications. Our standard sheath diameter used in this style of heater is 8mm (5/16″) and 3/8″, we are also able to offer larger finned diameters to customer’s specific needs.
